All Etihad Airways flights will arrive and depart from Terminals 1 and 3
9 – 14 November
Our move begins. If your customers are flying with us during this time, please ask them to check terminal information carefully within 72 hours of their flight.
From 11am on 14 November
We’ve moved! All Etihad Airways flights will operate to and from Terminal A.
As we prepare to move to Terminal A, we have some important information to share with you and your customers. You’ll find everything you need to know below or at etihad.com/TerminalAinfo. A link you may share with your guests.
Check flight information carefully
It’s important your customers check their flight information carefully before they head to the airport. This is because flights may depart from or land in a different terminal to the one shown on their booking confirmation. The easiest way to find up to date flight information is to download the Etihad Airways app or visit etihad.com/manage.
Connections and transfers in Abu Dhabi
A shuttle bus service will operate for guests transiting in Abu Dhabi who may need to transfer between terminals. There’s no need to leave the airport.
Our team will be available at the transfer desk in Terminal A for guests who need help or more information.
