Our Reservations, Inventory and Ticketing (RIT) service is now live in Amadeus Altéa PSS. Our flight bookings are also now available online, through the GDS and our contact centre as normal. If you're a Sabre agent, we expect that you'll be able to access the Sabre system from 11:15am Abu Dhabi local time. For Travelsky agents, you'll be able to access our new systems from 6:00pm Abu Dhabi local time.
Additional services will resume shortly, including online check-in, which will be back online from 12 March. Extra baggage, seat selection and our new mobile app will be available from 13 March.
We're pleased we were able to deliver a smooth transition.
