Etihad Airways flights operated by Wamos Air

From 15 December, select Etihad Airways flights will be operated by Wamos Air on a few routes across our network.

 Pre-flight
  • Guests can check in online as usual or through the Etihad Airways app 
  • Our state-of-the-art lounges will be available for eligible guests 

 Seats and bags

  
  • For guests who have picked a seat, we’ll automatically re-assign them a similar one 
  • Extra legroom seats are not available  
  • Infant bassinets are available to request at etihad.com/manage (subject to availability)  
  • In Business, seats recline to a fully-flat bed 
  • USB-C charging ports are available in Business only 
  • Baggage allowance will stay the same 

 Food and drink
  • A choice of complimentary food and drink will be available in Economy 
  • In Business, guests can choose from our extensive a la carte menu whenever they’re hungry  

 Comfort and convenience
  • An Etihad Airways cabin crew member will be available on each flight to assist with any queries 
  • Each aircraft has dedicated prayer areas 
  • Wamos aircraft are equipped with accessible toilets 

 Entertainment and connectivity
  • Inflight entertainment* is available on board
  • Wi-Fi is not available  

 Etihad Guest Miles
  • Guests can earn and redeem Etihad Guest Miles as usual 

 Ticket changes
  • Normal fare conditions apply 

  *Inflight entertainment is provided by Wamos.
