Etihad Airways offers the following options for any guests who have purchased their ticket on or before 05 November 2024 and for travel from and to Beirut (BEY) between 23 September and 12 December 2024.

Rebooking:
If the guest is unable to travel for any reason, free of charge rebooking on EY operated flights only.
Rerouting permitted to CAI/AMM/AUH on EY operated flights.
Rebook on the lowest available RBD in the same cabin.
New travel date can be on or before 12 December 2024.
No-show fee is waived.
Cancellation/Refund:
Free of charge refund is permitted in case of flight cancellation.
Guests who traveled from another country, arrived in Abu Dhabi, and choose not to continue to BEY (e.g., MEL-AUH-BEY) are eligible for a pro-rated involuntary refund.
Refund as per fare rules if flight is operating.
Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW006-2024 Beirut waiver”
