Etihad Airways is offering options for guests who purchased tickets on or before 31 May 2024 for travel from and to Nairobi (NBO) between 03 May 2024 and 30 November 2024.

All tickets issued on 607 documents:

Rebooking:

• Rebooking free of charge for travel on or before 30 November 2024
• The new travel date must be same day or +/- 7days of the date of the original booking
• Inbound/Outbound date can be changed to adhere to the duration of stay as per original ticket. This must be done at the time of the involuntary reissuance of the impacted flight.
• Rebooking permitted free of charge to and from CAI on EY ops EY and on EY Ops MS or MS ops MS between CAI-NBO

EY RBD - Rebook on lowest available RBD in the original cabin

Cancellation/Refund

• Full refund with no penalty or administration fee

Partially unutilized tickets

• Refund the unused portion of the ticket with no penalty or administration fee along with the unused taxes. Kindly calculate the refund on the prorate basis.
