Rebooking

• Ticket should be reissued on or before 31 July 2023 with travel completed date on or before 15 August 2023.
• First time changes are permitted free of charge and subsequent at charge.
• Rebooking permitted on EY operated flights only on the same sector.
• No fare difference to be charged if rebooked in RBD E/U/V and L
• Fare difference to be collected for all other scenarios
• No show fee applies when the guest(s) books on a flight which operates and is a no show.

Cancellation/Refund

• Refund is permitted free of charge for all guests impacted.
• Refund on partially utilized ticket must be calculated based on pro-rate of sector flown.
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW006-2023 to CMB-MLE Impacted Guest”
