Etihad Airways is offering options for all tickets issued on 607 documents while EY system is not available.

All tickets issued on 607 documents and impacted due to system downtime during the PSS migration.

Rebooking

• No show penalty to be waived off for travel date on 08 March 2023 and 09 March 2023
•  Fare difference  and change fee to be collected for all other scenarios
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW004-2023 for PSS Trade”

Cancellation/Refund

• No show fee will be waived where guest was unable to cancel booking during the blackout period
• There is no waiver for refunds and the fare rule should be used to process the refund if requested
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark  “CW004-2023 for PSS Trade”
