Who is eligible?
Guests travelling on an Etihad Airways operated flight in:

·         The Residence

·         First Class or on

·         Business Class Comfort and Deluxe fares

Eligible guests must have booked directly through Etihad Airways or a travel agent, excluding bookings made using Etihad Guest Miles.

Plan ahead for your guests: Book at least 12 hours in advance
To guarantee a seamless journey, kindly secure the complimentary chauffeur service a minimum of 12 hours before your guest's departure or arrival in Abu Dhabi.

Please provide all details, including the guest's contact information, address, city code, and preferred pick-up times for departure and arrival. We'll send you a confirmation email when your request has been received.

Arriving in Abu Dhabi
Upon touchdown, guests are advised to collect their bags and proceed towards baggage belt 10. Our dedicated Etihad Chauffeur reception, adjacent to this belt, will be where they meet their chauffeur.
